Wine & Cheese Tasting at The Village Stores

On Friday 6th May the Yattendon Village Stores & Post Office team hosted a wine and cheese tasting evening. Ian Hewson (better known as Wineman) based on Frilsham Home Farm in Yattendon shared his expertise and showed us why he is known as a specialist for pairing wine with food. The guests who spoke to Ian were immediately impressed by his enthusiasm for sourcing quality wines. Ian clearly cares where his wines come from and offers great quality wines at reasonable prices. We have extended our wines available in the stores along with tasting notes on each one so do come along and see for yourself. Alongside the wine the team prepared our range of deli nibbles all of which are stocked in store. The extensive range include sugar, gluten and dairy free so there is something to suit everyone.
